As the President & Master Game Chef of WildCheff Enterprises, LLC Denny has a respected background that has evolved over the past 25+ yearsand he has become an recognized authority; teaching sportsmen how to successfully cook their wild game at a level that goes well beyond their imagination. Denny's culinary attributes consist of previously owning and operating a wild game catering business, as a wild game restaurant consultant, cooking columnist, and as a featured chef for select deer camps, sportsmen's game dinners, special events and private dinner engagements that have featured numerous varieties of wild game. Additionally, Denny Founded the WildCheff Cooking Academy (est 1995) and he provides highly visual Wild Game Cooking Clinics. His clinics help sportsmen and game enthusiast to gain a more in-depth understanding of how to Master the fundamentals of wild game cooking, while simultaneously stressing the importance of ethical hunting practices.
