Ken Cook
B.A.S.S. legend and Hall of Fame member Ken Cook is one of the fishing world's best-known personalities, but he is an accomplished international hunter as well.
A native Okie, Ken resides on his Tarbone Ranch in SW Oklahoma with his wife, Tammy. He has been fortunate to live a lifelong dream come true.
After graduating Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Zoology, Ken worked for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation as a Fisheries Biologist. But a change of career occurred in 1983 after Ken won the first Super BASS tournament. The $100,000 prize
money allowed him to pursue professional angling as his next dream. Along the way, Ken won many professional BASS tournaments including the Bassmaster Classic. Enjoying a long and successful career, Ken was inducted into the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame in 2010, and was also named as one of the top 35 BASS anglers of all time.
But Ken's outdoor prowess was not confined to the water, as he is a prolific international hunter as well. Ken has pursued many species around the world with archery equipment, and among his favorite hunting memories are taking an Alaskan brown bear and a Zimbabwean leopard with his Mathews.
Ken retired from professional fishing at the end of 2009 and continues his dream
by living on and managing Tarbone Ranch as a hunting destination. Guiding
hunters to trophy deer, elk and bison has become his passion.
Ken Cook’s lifelong passion for the outdoors makes him uniquely qualified to speak on
